1.-Shiping and delivery:
AZTMobile will ship same day all orders received before 5PM on weekdays, next day if the order is received after 5 PM , and on Monday if received Friday after 5PM or during the weekends.
AZTMobile will only ship to your billing or company address unless arrangements are made otherwise. We will require documentation to prove that you actually reside at your shipping address. We require this documentation to provide our customer with extra security. If you paid using Paypal Express we will ship your order only to the address provided by Paypal, if you want to change this address you must change your delivery address with Paypal. All items are subject to stock availability.
2.-Returns and Exchanges:
If your goods arrive defective or damaged you must first contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and send us an email returns@aztmobile.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation, you will be emailed the steps for completing the exchange. You are responsible for return shipping unless your exchange or return was due to a packing mistake made by AZTMobile.com. You must ship the phone in its original package, and include all accessories and manuals. The original box must be free of tape and marks of any kind. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process depending on your circumstance.
3.-Internet Privacy Policy
The privacy and security of your personal information is AZTMobile.com #1 priority, and we want you to be aware of how we collect and handle information on our site. When you visit AZTMobile.com we may collect the following information about your visit:

* Personal information you knowingly give us.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
4.-Pricing and Availability
AZTMobile.com tries our best to have accurate pricing, but we are human, and sometimes we do make mistakes. If the price error is within 30 dollars, consider it your gain we will not even contact you. However, if the pricing error is greater then 30 dollars, we will contact you to explain the error, or we will cancel the order. In the event of payment default the customer will be responsible for all of AZTMobile cost of collection, included but not limited to court costs, filing fees and attorney fees.
